ABOUT THE PROJECT

A richly layered renovation that balances classic detailing with bold materiality—blending vintage character with clean, modern refinement. Dark paneling, statement wallpaper and warm brass accents frame custom copper basins and a sculptural copper bath, finished with emerald tile details and soft, ambient lighting for a luxe boutique feel.

The south wing was completed in 2025, with the remainder of the home due for completion in 2026.
